after a while away, here i am again. inbetween the pile of project papers, there is some architecture waiting to show. the task was a building for events, looking like an old brewery.

one idea was to show opened copper kettles inside the room and represent them at the outside walls, too.

i like to give solemn names...

this is a digester driven airship. propulsion and buoyancy are based upon methane.

"Windlass" Supply Winch

someone asked for an unarmed version for cross country riding fun. so i combined two historic exemplars, a winch version and a supply tank into the "Windlass" with some boxes on top, closed sponsons for storage, an upright boiler, a cable winch at the left side and a loose trailed cable. i will leave the TCS system in, so she would not be able to shoot, but can be shot at. for balancing i will make her a little faster, what results in a better climbing rate, too. that will provide a nice prey for interesting missions.

Land Ironclad

after a quick market research of things the modern steampunk will need, i decided to build a landship. based on the futuristic design of the mark I by william foster
